WestDoor Software ("we", "us") builds and maintains websites for small businesses in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This policy explains what information we collect through westdoorsoftware.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address
- Your current website address, if you give one
- The plan you're interested in
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to you, schedule a call and, if you become a client, provide our services. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list without asking.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run our business. Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to our inbox. These providers process your information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this page to say which service we use and what it collects.
How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If you don't become a client, we delete your details within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client and as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email contact@westdoorsoftware.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
